ATIVAN DOSAGE REDDIT ANXIETY

So I'm totally freaking out about this anxiety, right? Like it's consuming me. My doc put me on Ativan 1mg and I gotta say, it's been a blessing. Reddit's got some wild stories though Ativan, some good, some sketchy. I've seen users saying it helps wind down, but also some saying it makes spaced out. Personally, I just chill. It's not a 1mg ativan
